1. Eligibility Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
To be eligible, the item must be:
● Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
● Accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and receipt
● Not damaged in any way
● The parcel is officially declared “Lost by Courier”
● The item arrives damaged beyond repair
Requests for a return, exchange, or refund must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
Please note:
● The item arrives damaged beyond repair Exchanges are only available in the country (MALAYSIA) of original purchase.
● The item arrives damaged beyond repair Certain jewellery items (e.g., earrings or other hygienic-sensitive items) may not be eligible for return or exchange.
● The item arrives damaged beyond repair Nuwa Pierre reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request at our sole discretion if these conditions are not met.

Nuwa Pierre reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with this policy.

Approved exchanges may be completed at a Nuwa Pierre retail outlet, subject to item availability.
Note: Exchanges can only be made within the same country as the original purchase.
5. Items Purchased on Other Platforms
If your item was purchased through a third-party platform (e.g., Shopee or Lazada), please initiate your return or exchange request through the platform’s in-app chat under your order details. Our team will assist you directly via the platform.
6. Special Orders & Engraved Jewellery
Please note that custom-made, engraved, or personalized items, including giveaway or sponsored pieces, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
