Nuwa Pierre Governance

Responsible Sourcing

Nuwa Pierre (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is committed to conducting business in a professional, ethical, and transparent manner. Our Anti-Corruption Policy strictly prohibits any form of corrupt practices, particularly kickback payments related to sales and purchases.

To uphold this commitment, we require all suppliers to sign an Anti-Corruption Declaration Form prior to the commencement of any business dealings. This ensures transparency and fairness across our supply chain, fostering trust with both our customers and suppliers. As a result, all parties can engage in business without concern of being short-changed.

Our raw materials include jade, diamond, sapphire, ruby, gold, silver, platinum as well as various precious and semi-precious stones. While most of our materials are sourced from international suppliers, we carefully select partners who demonstrate high standards in ethical conduct, environmental stewardship, and workplace practices.
